Reading this article and reviewing the main body of
Ron Athey's work it is remarkable to me that I took part in one of his performances this year. It has to be said however that
Gifts of the Spirit:
Automatic Writing was
an altogether different and less bloody affair. For me it was still a
powerful and emotional experience - and a privilege to work with some
extraordinary people, including the delightful Ron Athey.
